As chairman of the Dutch Association for Chemical Logistics, Mr Luciën Govaert has become a specialist in the requirements for the transport and storage of dangerous goods in packaged form in the Netherlands and abroad.
He is Co-writer of several local legislation, Best practices and guidelines in the storage of chemicals. As senior consultant of a lot of international companies he has been asked for several different cases, consulting, giving courses and speeches.
